Frozen Par Baked Bagels 
(also known as Brown and Serve Bagels)
A&S makes par-baked bagels (also known as brown and serve bagels).  Our par-baked bagels are partially baked bagels.  All you have to do is finish the baking for a a few minutes in your oven.  With par-baked bagels, your customers can get great tasting hot bagels, while you save on labor and resources.

Each Case of our par-baked bagels weighs approximately 16 lbs.

 

The par-baked bagels have a recommended shelf life of 3 months in the freezer

 

Case Dimensions are 20 inches x 12 inches x 10 inches.  

 

One Pallet can hold up to 49 cases.

 

Our Par-Baked Bagels are packaged 5 dozen bagels per case.

A&S Bagels are baked in the traditional method of baking bagels.  A&S Bagels are "water bagels" meaning that they are first boiled in a kettle before being baked.
