DIRECTIONS
The
following baking techniques are intended for professional
bakers. Please keep in mind that in order to avoid any
physical injury to yourself, remember to always pay
attention and be careful when baking bagels. The oven
used to bake the bagels are hot, therefore, take the
necessary precautions to avoid injury and burns.
Directions
For
Making Par-Baked Bagels

Pre-heat
oven to 500-550 degrees. |
2. |
Place
the bagels on a baking pan. |
3. |
Thaw
bagels out to room temperature. |
4. |
Bake
bagels for one to two minutes, or until golden brown.
All ovens are not the same.
Check oven temperature and adjust baking times
as needed |
